Shipping and Info
All MLD jewellery is made with love and care with the intention to be worn everyday. Your silver may tarnish if exposed to different everyday chemicals, pH on skin, chlorine and various other perfumed lotions. If this is the case, you can just use some soapy water with a soft bristle brush, or a jewellery polishing cloth.
*To ensure your order arrives by the 25th of December, please place your oder by end of day 15th December. Any orders placed outside of this timeframe will reach you in the new year. Please see Ready to Ship in the menu to see which items are ready to be sent out in time for Christmas.
All items are shipped using Australia Express post and are charged at a flat rate of $15 postage and handling within Australia or Standard delivery witha flat rate of $10. Any orders over $100 include free express post delivery.
All items listed on the web store are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. If there are any changes to this timeframe, the customer will be notified. Sometime we have things in stock in the studio, so if you need you piece sooner, please email us email@example.com

Refunds and Exchanges
All MLD jewellery is hand made with care and each item checked before sending. As each piece is hand made there might be slight variances to each piece, adding to each items individual characteristics and charm. If your items arrives faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of goods received for an exchange. If you are unhappy with your item, exchange can be arranged for another product. If returning items for exchange please note they must be unworn and in original condition and packaging.
